WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Form-Fitting Clothing – Wear clothes that are snug but comfortable, allowing for a full range of movement. Think leggings, fitted tops, or tank tops. Avoid baggy clothing, as it can get caught in the apparatus or obstruct your movement. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons, they can cause discomfort and damage the fabric of the aerial equipment.

A Water Bottle - Staying hydrated is a must. You can refill your bottle onsite

A Curious, Open Mindset – We all start somewhere, and the more curious you are about learning, the better! Be ready to explore, try new things, and be kind to yourself along the way.

Your Beautiful Self – You are exactly where you need to be, and we’re so excited to have you! Starting something new can stir up all kinds of emotions—excitement, nerves, self-consciousness—and we want you to know that all of you is welcome here. Bring your full, authentic self to class—however that may look on any given day. You belong.

Please note:
Remove all jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and large earrings. Jewelry can get caught on the equipment and cause injury or damage to the apparatus.
