INTRO TO POLE

This is a Four Week Course Designed to Introduce you to Pole. For you Honey's just Starting, this is your first step into the world of pole and the prerequisite for all our other pole classes. Classes run every week, you do not have to wait until the start of a four week period, just join in whenever you can.

Why Four Weeks? Because transformation takes time! One class isn’t enough to unlock your inner pole badass. Four weeks gives you the time to build confidence, see real progress, and fall in love with the magic of pole

Please note: This introductory course is designed for those new to pole, and completing it is an important step before moving on to the next level. It ensures that you have a solid understanding of the basics, so you can progress safely and effectively.

Cost: $95 for all four classes

MESSAGE FROM YOUR INSTRUCTOR

CirquePole2Edits-8_edited.jpg

"Hey there, i'm Julia,

The founder of Cirque It Aerial Arts and I will be your instructor for your four intro to pole classes.

Setting the foundations for any new skill is so important and that's why my goal for these classes is to create a playful and supportive space for you to set fertile grounds for your new talents to blossom and flourish.

Over the next four weeks, I’ll guide you through the essential skills and safety techniques you’ll need to confidently move forward into more advanced classes (like Beginners Pole Tricks or Flow)."

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Comfortable Clothing – Wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable. Whether it's lingerie, booty shorts, a workout bra, or a t-shirt with leggings, the key is to choose something that lets you move freely. Keep in mind that pole work is a bit easier when your skin can grip to the pole, so less fabric on the legs and arms is ideal, but we support whatever makes you feel at ease.

A Water Bottle - Staying hydrated is a must. You can refill your bottle onsite

Liquid Pole Handgrip (Optional) – This can help with grip and support, especially as you start working on more challenging moves. It’s not necessary to start, but if you choose to use it, it’s a helpful tool.

A Curious, Open Mindset – We all start somewhere, and the more curious you are about learning, the better! Be ready to explore, try new things, and be kind to yourself along the way.

Your Beautiful Self – You are exactly where you need to be, and we’re so excited to have you! Starting something new can stir up all kinds of emotions—excitement, nerves, self-consciousness—and we want you to know that all of you is welcome here. Bring your full, authentic self to class—however that may look on any given day. You belong.

Please note: Heels are not required for this course, nor any of our pole classes, they are of course welcome for anyone who wishes to wear them. Excluding Sensual Flow classes where heels are encouraged but not mandatory.

“I was really nervous starting pole, but Julia made me feel so comfortable from day one. The first class was hard, but as the weeks went on, I felt more and more confident. By the end of the course, I was amazed at my progress and so proud of myself. If you’re hesitant, just take the leap—you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve!”
